Biggby Coffee — Restaurant in Harrison

The morning crew made our day today! 11/13/2024. I have two elementary aged kiddos who I bring to the drive thru every few weeks as a treat before school. We typically order two kids' steamers with caramel flavoring and I get a large avalanche for myself. Today the morning crew upgraded the kids' steamers to a larger size, free of charge, to "make their day more magical". This economy is rough and money is often tight. I shouldn't even have been buying coffee in the first place when I could have made it at home for far less, however, I scrimped around and bit the bullet because I wanted to do something fun for the littles today before school. These kids were so excited to go into school with their Biggby 'coffee' this morning. The smiles that biggby put on their little faces was worth more than the $11 spent. This is the worst location by far out of the many locations from MI to FL I’ve been to over the last 8 years! I have gone to this location at least 12 times since they opened and have only had my coffee made correctly as I ordered it twice.
