If I could put zero stars, I would. Went in hoping to talk about buying a couch or even some appliances a week or so ago. Two people were standing in the back talking and didn't even look up at us, though they heard us come in. So we shopped around, thinking eventually when their important conversation was over, they'd at least ask us what we were looking for or offer any assistance like most furniture stores would. We were treated as if we never even walked into the store and when we said goodbye have a nice day they still acted as if they hadn't noticed us even walk in. They didn't give us the time of day. We found a couch we liked and got the model information, even found our exact coffee table with a matching dresser and tv stand! However, we will be going elsewhere for business. Thanks for nothing. Joshua and Jarian were awesome! Both went above and beyond showing us products, options and explanation on everything we were looking for! We found great furniture in a great price range. I highly recommend 989 furniture. If nothing else for the great customer service. Neither of them had any problems staying after hours to accommodate my hectic schedule. I was also looking for a color and type of chair they don't carry. They had no issues showing me options and ordering exactly what I wanted and the color I wanted! We purchased a love-seat/recliner from 989 Furniture & Mattress. The entire purchase experience was easy and very reasonable in price. Delivery was flawless. A few days later we discovered there were no cup holders in the console as shown in the pictures. The store was surprised as much as we were. The manufacturer was also surprised. The manufacturer sent the cup holders out right away and were an easy install. 989 Furniture & Mattress did a wonderful job at solving a problem. We will definitely be back for more home...
