Trade Fair Mall — Local services in Harrisonville

I had a booth here for 3 years. All of a sudden they started doing shady stuff. You pay $170.00 for a small space. They charge you 10% on every sale. People steal your stuff all the time. What really got me was when managment told me i can put a camera in my booth, it had to be a ring camera, so they can also have access to it. I've been fighting with management since October 2023, and it is now 7/10/2024. All i am trying to do is get my $185.00 ring camera back after management took it down and started using it in their system. They gave me the wall plug for the ring camera, and have ever since been giving me the run around and massive excuses. Also, If you are paid up, they limit you on what you can remove from your booth, because they want to make sure that people have enough stuff in there, so they can mandate that you have to provide a 30 day written notice of vacate. If you do not pay that 30 day vacate bill, you will be required to leave stuff in your booth. They also never return the $50.00 deposit, because they say it was for upkeep and building taxes. Also their cats peepee on things, and they do not pay for damages to your stuff. If this isn't bad enough, just to wash my hands with this place, I lost $1300.00 in products, that they would not let me remove. I lost my booth 7/10/2024 You have...

On well with path from the Ozarks to Kansas City, there is an antique that is worth a peek. Well displayed products starting with lawn themed furnishings in the parking lot new items, used books, collectibles, tools, housewares, accessories, rocks, minerals, masks, health related items, music, signs, jewelry, novelties, snacks, gadgets, Sharper Image type items, Bath and Body Works lotions and gels, inexpensive Harbor Freight tools, puzzles, Antique China, primitives, well slot of cool stuff. Go ahead and ask a question. The staff is happy to help. Missed something? Ask. These guys stop what they were doing to walk you to the spot. Smiling????!!!! Be prepared to hand over your purse as they no longer allow you to carry them in the store! They admit that their store, which has a single point of entry/ exit, has an issue with theft, but will still require you to trust their lockers for your valuables! After driving over an hour, we were turned away by the awful clerk and blonde manager. It shouldn’t be necessary for them to treat potential customers like they’ve already committed a crime. I shouldn’t have to disclose medical issues to be able to retain my own possessions. They ruined a beloved tradition for me and I will never be back. Good news is I was able to visit four other wonderful antique malls/ stores, none of which could believe Trade Fair’s policy and none required me to hand over my possessions...
