I went in there for a meatball sub. I asked to put in there for 5- 10 seconds so the bread doesn't harden and she put it in there for the full amount of time, was to busy with stocking up, that didn't pay attention to customers wants. I had already paid prior or I would of asked for my money back, but I didn't want to be a hassle..I really wish she made me another sandwich. I work 12 hours and only get time for one meal, and she messed that up and ruined the food, I can stand crunchy because my teeth. I even commented that it was crunchy, exactly what I asked not to do specifically, and she just said it will soften up with time. Ruined my one meal of the day, really upset. I've worked subway before and we made it right if it wasn't what wanted, I even had a depressed look on face showing the dissatisfaction. This does not reflect well on I believe her name was Rosa. I just ordered a 12 inch ham on white,and a wrap for my wife. Got home to watch my dinner and pull my sandwich out and the whole thing just slid right out onto the table, but the worst part is the freaking old bread flaked all over the place and was so hard it was ALMOST TOASTED, I tried calling up there for 30 minutes.
