Last Saturday I had to grab a few things. Saturday they have a special buy $25 worth of stuff and get $5 off. I use the virtual coupon. At check out I just type in my phone number and it takes all coupons off, including the $5. For whatever reason the pad wasn't working. The girl and guy tried numerous times to get it working. They had no luck. So I paid full price. I was little disappointed. I saved my receipt. Visited the manager the next time I could. She was very gracious and gave me a $5 DG gift card. They were busy on Saturday and I give the lady credit for being so polite. I felt bad for her, not her fault. Thanks Brittany for making this right. I always have a good experience when shopping at this Dollar General and shop there few times a week.

Although, I will say one of the employees (older women with curly hair and glasses) was kind of rude when my nephew didn't say hi back, she said well ok than real snotty. He is nonverbal Autistic. Perhaps realize some children will not talk or can not talk back. Do not make rude comments, my sister is so nice she did not say anything but that really bothered her....
