Harbortown Pizza — Restaurant in Harrisville

Worst service I've ever had. The heavy set blonde woman that answered the phone and helped us when we got inside was incredibly rude. She asked me to be on hold when I called and didn't even put me on hold, she was just talking to a regular customer having a conversation. Then when she came back on the phone she said "so what do you want" in an extremely rude tone. They are lucky they are the only pizza place in harrisville because otherwise they would not have any business because their customer service is just terrible. Oh and the pizza was like cardboard. Next time I visit ill steer clear...

We were camping at Harrisville State Park and decided to try this place because we were craving pizza. We enjoyed it so much that we got it two nights in a row! The crust is the besssttt – nice and firm.

The woman on the phone was kind of rude, as people have said. She literally responded with "K" when I called to place an order. However, I found her to be much nicer in person. There were only two people working and it's possible she is trying to work quickly, but it comes off as rude. Our order was ready quickly, and was hot and delicious.

The pizza is actually pretty amazing for a small town and better than any pizza place in Rochester Hills. However, the people that run this small pizza place (I assume a husband and wife) are extremely rude, maybe its their thing to be that rude to customers so just expect rude ordering and pickup and just laugh it off, theres more important things to worry about than customer service at a pizza place. Quality of ingredients and flavor of the crispy crust was great and outweighed the rudeness. Would have been 5 stars but a star removed...
