Very deceptive business practices. We purchased an in stock bedroom set with 2 side tables we were told were on backorder for three weeks. Upon delivery we were not given a new bedroom set but instead a blemished floor model. Not delivered to this date are the two side tables easy time we ask the side table are still three weeks out. We are currently 2 months out on waiting for items were were told were already headed to their warehouse. The stores only response is "it is what it is". I could never recommend this store to anyone. The "Owner" is who we were dealing with and who gave us misleading information, not only on availability but also quality. We paid a thousand dollars over other area stores for the furniture here that was blemished and not new. The only reason we did this was because we were promised a quicker delivery of the furniture we ordered. Like I stayed before no way I could recommend a store that refuses to own their false claims. It appears to me that the good reviews on here are paid friend and family or simply paid bots to help review's. Not sure how this place is still...

After SEVERAL months of waiting for my couch and chair and a half, I was told the original color I had ordered was going to take even longer to come in. I was given the option of another color. At that point I wished I would have opted to get a refund because these couches are horrible quality. The cushions are pilling horribly and one of the arm rests has already lost it’s cushion. You can feel the wood directly underneath the fabric.
To top it off, my dining room set was delivered but I was given only 3 out of 4 chairs. It’s been 7 months since I ordered this set. I was expected to pay full price for it, but was not given all of the pieces. Not once has Newby reached out to let me know that the fourth chair has come in. Unless you bug them day after day, you never know when or if you will get what you paid for. Seems like they could care less about whether or not you are a happy customer as long as they got...
   Read moreExtremely unhappy with the quality of my expensive catnapper too bought from the Harrodsburg store last November. The one side of the couch totally lost it's memory foam and is 5 inches lower than the other side not only does it look ridiculous it is so uncomfortable it's unusable. Trying to get service from these people is like pulling teeth here I am almost one year later still waiting after they did not fix it the first time it's doing the same thing again. Every time I call they give me a different story or excuse. I will never buy anything from them again sorry I did not go to Lexington for the same price and gotten much better quality and service.
