This review calls for brutal honesty despite the general sincere niceness and friendliness of the obviously sincere staff. I wanted a small pizza while traveling from Harrodsburg so I stopped by Little Ceaser's drive thru. The young man was very very nice and helpful and I decided taking his advice on a double pepperoni cheesey pizza with bacon, onions and green peppers. It took him some time to get the order straight but no problem...he was very nice. No one was in the drive thru line but me but the pizza still took a long time. I finally received my expensive pizza and went to eat it. First, if it was a double pepperoni pizza...the "double" went on a hike 'cause there was no way there was double pepperoni on THAT pizza. The pepperoni was missing in action. The bacon seemed to be tasteless bacon bits that you pick up from the grocery store... and joined the nonexistent pepperoni on a "you can't find me" hike. The onions and green peppers were roughly cut as to be so small/miniscule that you couldn't even see them...and they never asked me... but they chopped that pizza into bite size pieces instead of slices which was weird. And the taste... to be brutally honest...the taste of the pizza was so absolutely horrible that as for the olefactory taste sense, it was simply not there...only the taste of card board. But that young man delivered my tasteless pizza to my car with a big beautiful smile grinning from ear to ear that as horrible as that pizza was/tasted...he was so nice and joyful and helpful and respectful that instead of savoring the deliciousness of that pizza, that hard working young man will be what I will long remember from Little Cesar's in Harrisburg. So it's all good...and like Tupac say "I ain't mad at you!" and I am not. Instead, my hat is off to that wonderful well raised young man who had no idea that that pizza was the worst pizza ever...BUT HE DELIVERED IT WITH A BEAUTIFUL ❤️ ATTITUDE LIKE IT WAS SOME VERY EXPENSIVE WAYGU FILET MIGNON ...WITH A BEAUTIFUL SMILE...AND THAT MADE ME VERY HAPPY. Now, I ain't gonna go back for that "all the ingredients took a 'go find me' hike" pizza ...but I will go back to share a smile with an exceptional exceptional young man who raised the bar and elevated "service with a smile to a whole new level! Thank you young man!YOUR PARENTS SHOULD BE VERY PROUD! And buy the franchise on that Little Ceaser's location and fix...
Read moreWe we're in Harrodsburg running some errands and decided to pickup a pizza and some crazy bread on our way home. We always use the app to order at LC. The app gave us our approximate window, about 20 - 25 minutes from when we ordered. It actually took 45 minutes. They we're very busy...the location in Danville is always very busy. I feel for the employees, in Harrodsburg, they simply don't have enough people working or they have no actual management on staff. Two people were working as fast as they could in Harrodsburg and one was seated at a pc. We went through the drive through and were told to pull around in front and someone would bring out our pizza...never happened. I had to go inside and wait for one of the two employees actually doing something, the person seated at the pc never acknowledged me or any of the other customers in the lobby. I love LC, but the service in Danville has been terrible and it's the same in Harrodsburg. I'm not certain if the same franchisee owns both locations but if that is the case...hire more people, pay your people more or maybe go work in the...
Read moreI haven’t always been the biggest fan of Little Caesars.. (I’m just slightly picky about my pizza haha)However I will say in the last couple of years I will say I believe the overall taste and quality has totally improved dramatically. Our local store may be slightly slower due to the pandemic but I honestly haven’t had a terrible experience from our store. The staff is usually friendly. And the pizza is hot. I’ve never received a cold or pizza that’s “sat around”. My only complaint and major forewarning is if you try out the delivery option i do believe they work with DoorDash. I had an event over summer where I had ordered pizzas and choose the delivery option and the pizza’s never arrived. I had to go to the store personally and by that time my order had literally been sitting there waiting for the Door Dasher for over 3 hours so the pizza wasn’t so fresh still delicious but it kinda ruined my event in the long haul. I didn’t mind having to pick them up. But when you are expecting something that never arrives it adds an extra stress. Still recommend! Just maybe not so much...
