This is the worst place to deal with from the Worker to the wife and himself Mr. Ed Very unprofessional’ does not contact you back at all. Gives you the run around. I leased a Mattress and as soon they delivered the mattress I noticed some damages and I quickly pointed it out to the worker who delivered it and he was the one who removed the plastic. So he tells me to call office so I did and spoke to wife and she said she will mention it to her husband Mr Ed. Who now is giving me the run around not contacting me back very unprofessional so now here I am dealing with leasing office who tells me Mr Ed is responsible. Bought a table and chair set approximately two weeks ago and in less than a week the chair started falling apart. My 10yr son sat on one of the chair and it literally broke in pieces I called the owner and he refused to take responsibility for the chair two out of 4 was broken in less than two weeks. Great furniture and nice prices. However the customer service help sucks. The two ladies that was there was not interested in helping me. I walked around looking at furniture and no one never greeted me or asked me if I needed help. Once I did see a lady I was asking her how could I put something on layaway and she walked pass me and went into the office and sat down.
