Harding's Market — Local services in Hartford

Well I've been coming here most of my life and let me tell you about a week ago I had such a disappointment in the store I have been buying krakus ham here for a long time in the last few times I bought it it tasted off and I ended up throwing it away thinking it went bad well this time I go in and I tell the lady what I want and she proceeds to take out some other type of ham some knockoff brand and try and cut it up and sell it to me as krakus ham...then when I asked about it she got mad ignored me i asked a second time and she whipped around and told me that it's the same thing and that they're not selling that one right now this lady could have easily told me that from the beginning and I would not have got it but they've tried to sell me sneakily sell me another type of brand and tell me it's one and charge me for the krakus one and I'm almost certain that's what they've done the last few times I've got it as well because they want to use the old product before it goes bad if I wanted to buy that brand I would have bought it. This is wrong in every way shape and form to lie to your customers and tell them that you're giving them a different quality meat all the while you're selling them something totally different and in the end it all comes from the people in charge because somebody told that lady she had to sell people the wrong product even though in their case they had that ham and then proceeds to pull out ham from another thing and try and sell me that I don't think it's legal I don't think it's right and I've always gone to Harding's but I'll be sure to not go to this Harding's unless it's an absolute emergency I'll just stick to Bangor...

Went today to pick up water, my stepfather orders a pallet of water and picks 5 cases up weekly, well today I had the unfortunate privilege to deal with Veronica. Upon telling her that I was there to pick up water and gave her my stepdads name she informed me that I was wrong that they do not keep water in the back for my step dad and they keep it on the shelf which hasn’t been done since Tim was there. She didn’t even go ask Ariel like I had asked her to do. Her rude personality and Miss know it all attitude leaves very little desire to continue to shop at our local grocery store. Came in and 5 PM thinking I would grab chicken for dinner a quick dinner. Nothing at all was prepared. Was told it would take about 25 minutes. So I went to DG to pick up other stuff for the house. Came back 20 minutes later. Nothing! It is now 5:45 and I am still waiting. Seems like being dinner time they would have some made. Next time I will pay the gas and go to Coloma Harding!
