When I arrived 15 minutes early, the receptionist āAliceā met me at the door and told me they didnāt open until 9:00, 15 minutes later. I stood there for a few seconds, then asked her if I needed to wait in the truck and she said yes. I sat in the truck, she opened the door at 9:02 and simply gave me a thumbs up. When I went inside, she asked me how I was, I told her I was a little concerned about my visit. She said she knew something was wrong because I was being āsassyā. I was FLOORED! I told her I didnāt think she should be talking to clients that way, and she acted as if she didnāt care. I said I might just leave, she said OK, but Brittany is getting ready to see you. Even though I thought that was terrible customer service, I stayed anyway. I waited another 5 minutes or so and Brittany came to get me. My meeting with Brittany was very good, excellent patient care! When I left I was polite to Alice and she was polite to me. NOTE: the sign on the door said open from 8:30-5:00, and they should change the sign if they didnāt want anyone inside before 9:00. I donāt see any reason why I couldnāt have waited in the lobby instead of getting back in my truck for 15 minutes When I left she had changed the time on the sign. Tina chatted with me until it was time for me to go to the back. When I got to the back, Ashley guided me through all of the steps and answered all of my questions without fail. She even had a big screen TV on the back wall to be able to show me what she was talking about as she discussed it. After the tests were completed, we discussed my hearing loss. When she put the Beltones in my ear, I cried. Not only was I able to hear myself, I was able to hear Ashley as well as Tina on the phone down the hall.
