READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW!! I AM A LOCAL & THIS IS MY HONEST TO GOD OPINION!! <3 EDIT: i wanted to add this just as a tip to those who dine based on reviews. #1 - if you want to try it, do it. sometimes the reviews are wrong, sometimes it's up to taste. do it anyway. don't trust online anonymity. always remember that people leave negative reviews WAY more than positive ones because they only think to do it if it was bad. cognitive bias is there!! #2 - if you're gonna trust reviews, only trust photo reviews. the rest have a high chance of being biased or botted. #3 - be skeptical. this place is authentic chinese food. people are still racist, and that only skyrocketed after covid because america blames the chinese for covid. one of these people in the reviews i explicitly remember seeing and she did nothing but complain and be racist the whole time. keep this in mind and good food will find you!! thanks for your time! [SCROLL TO BOTTOM FOR THE "TOO LONG, DIDN'T READ" VERSION] this place??? oh my god. this food is busting all over my face and mouth. i'm eating it right now and i could literally fill up on it until i pop like a big balloon. let me be perfectly clear: usually, i don't like chinese food. the whole sweet savory combo thing that is typical of asian cuisine isn't really for me. but THIS???? oh. god. jesus. i have died and gone to heaven because WOW. whoever makes this needs a raise. first of all, i haven't had A SINGLE bad thing from this place. the food tastes absolutely amazing. the meat is cooked to perfection, soft and chewy and the perfect bite, never dry or flaky. the flavors are impeccable. everything that has sauce, they give you more than enough to douse every bite in the most delicious sauce you've ever had. the best part of the food is that everything tastes unique and different. some chinese and japanese places tend to give the same treatment to all their dishes, not this place. you can tell they really care about the food they're making. the selection? EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN. if its chinese its there!! the menu is huge and double sided and the employees have no qualms with changes or substitutions. plus, they still have paper menus that you can take with you so you know exactly what you want for next time!! the people here are so generous. the portions are huge, but the prices are so cheap. 4 of us ate for about 35 dollars but we each got 2 or even 3 different things. huge leftover opportunities!! get a large of everything and eat for a week at least!!! the reheat-ability is astounding too, it tastes just like fresh 99% of the time. in final notes, the service is FAST. i once went and we ordered food for 3 people, similar situation of 2-3 plates each. we were out of there in not even 10 minutes. it is honestly unfortunate they're only a takeout place with no interior seating. there's a little waiting area but you can't dine in. if the owners or employees are reading this, i wish i could invest in this company. you deserve a full dine-in restaurant for this stuff because it is AMAZING. if its great now, just imagine it with the funding of a full scale restaurant!! == TL;DR == i really love this place. great food, great prices, quick service. thank you guys for feeding our little town and bringing us a little culture. it's delicious and i have ZERO COMPLAINTS!! == MY RECOMMENDATIONS == sesame chicken: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - DELICIOUS. soft bite with subtle crunchy breading and amazingly flavorful sauce! covered in sesame seeds, beautiful and delicious!! (IN PHOTO) mushrooms & beef: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - deliciously savory! soft pork, mushrooms are a little big & could be softer egg rolls: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - small, but AMAZING bite! soft, chewy inside with a great outer crunch! recommend dipping in sweet & sour sauce! (IN PHOTO) sweet & sour chicken: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - a little dry, but the perfect vessel for the sauce! (IN PHOTO)

Love the sesame seed chicken and chicken fried rice. Food is a little pricey but worth it as a treat once a month.

INCONSISTENT TASTE!! Sunday 2/9/25 was my worst day ever eating take out from here. Please take notice OWNER! You have served me the best Hot & Sour Soup ever and also ruined it by putting sugar in it. This time it had very little flavor, I had to season it greatly before it was edible, not just lack of spiciness, but it was very flat on flavor! The Pork Fried Rice also had to be seasoned and moistened, it was very dry.. 1 of the 4 Wings was properly marinated and showed the yellow coloring of the marinade, but the other 3 where not marinated, so not flavorful. Please get a grip on consistency, you have the potential to be great. We truly want to feel confident we will receive the expected taste...

Whenever I go to Hong Kong the food is usually good. However I haven’t been there in over a year. I had a bad experience last time that creep me out. Got home and seen a huge black fly laying dead on my rice. My thoughts is they left the food on the counter, a fly landed on it then they just snapped the lid on not looking. I noticed a couple flys in the restaurant before in the waiting area. They have a fly zapper out so clearly they aware of it too. But having insects in my food is a big NO NO. Makes me wonder if they have rats or roaches too. They need to take better care of handling and storing food or something. I never see flys in big chain restaurants like McDonald's or KFC...
