The store is not open during the business hours communicated on the door. They put a sign on the door that they will re open at 3. I waited from 2:30 to 3:10 today. The person returned from lunch and was flippant about the store hours and the inability to hire personnel to cover the shifts. This is my 3rd day to experience the store being closed. The UPS man left saying he has been unable to make deliveries. Two customers waited 20 minutes and left. The Verizon representative merely shrugged her shoulders and said, 'That's okay, they will come back'.
