First I would like to say this by far has been the worst stay ever.. I was lied too i was chraged extra, i had a suite for about 4 hrs and was going to go to bed and the sofa couch touches the floor for a 100 a night so they moved me to a double bed room which when i went to sit on bed with my little baby boy the bed tilted over and i fell of bracing my self on right hand which now hurts, also charged me same price and lied and said they didnt, they also told me that this is not ur home and we dont have to satify u... I have been waiting for robert the owner to call me because we have a major issue at hand which i have yet to hear from which makes me believe employee's have yet to tell him.. This place is very un safe and is not safe for familys or children. i could of hit my head or my baby could of when that bed tilted over and fell off ther crappy set up for there beds. I have called and called and they say he will call you, will he hasnt and he problay dont know what happen, also they say there is a report i did not write or sign any report. I had told management what had happen so they wrote there own report and lied about everything im guessing. This is the way i see it if i didnt write or sign a report then your report is invalid. They also erase bad reviews of their pages. im still waiting for you're OWNER...
Read moreMy Wife and I stayed in Room 101 on Friday Night. The Motel Property looks nice and is w=easy to move in, the Office was OK. The Desk Clerk had to look up the Room Rate (not good look). Our Room appeared good at first impression, but we learned there were hidden issues, once we checked in. The Bedding "looked like" had not been changed, only had been smoothed out and remade. There were gray & brown HAIRS in between the SHEETS and on the Pillows. Wife brushed off the Bedding and Pillows (having been up for almost 13 hours) we were tired. The Pillows were both FLAT and nearly USELESS to me. I wound up having to FLOD THE PILLOW to even use it (Pillows are CHEAP! But the REAL ISSUE I had was that we were up most ALL NIGHT because of the SPRINGS shoving through the Mattress. I finally had to fold the Blanket & Comforter to try and not have the STEEL SPRINGS PUSHING ON MY HIPS! Even today I have PAIN in my Hips from the bruising that I received from that TERRIBLE BED! This was our first GET AWAY DAY, in 6 months from our Work Place in West Texas (we Operate a large 5 Building Motel). To make it worse, the Bed hurt me SO MUCH, that I have made an Appointment to see our Doctor Monday Morning, because the "Bruising" & pain from the Bed Springs still I can not lay on my right side. Hands DOWN the WORST BED I HAVE EVER TRIED...
Read moreI reserved in advance at a very good rate for a small town with few options. Found it right at the highway crossroads, so it's convenient no matter which direction one is traveling. Check in was fast and friendly. Park at your door, old-fashioned key to turn the lock cylinder so it's possible to forget to lock the door on your way out. Good size room although a tight squeeze between the foot of the bed and the dresser. Microwave and refrigerator, older furniture (some knobs missing), acceptable mattress.||||Everything was clean. The alarm clock was unplugged so I had to set the time. Overall, lighting was sufficient, except for one bulb being burned out. Only 1 electrical outlet by the bed to plug a charger in; I found another available outlet on the opposite wall. ||||The bathroom had been remodeled, and looked good. Too bad the curved shower rod had such a big sag, and that the towels were so thin.||||I slept OK, but there was a lot of parking lot light coming in through the curtains. Breakfast was supposed to be very minimal but didn't open until 7am, and I was on the road by then so missed it.||||Overall I was happy with the Ameristay, and would...
