We purchased a new reclining sofa and love seat today from Shawn Lacy at the Hastings store and had a wonderful experience. He helped us find the perfect furniture for our Family. He was never pushy or salesy and was patient answering our questions and with our very energetic 6 year old. He was very knowledgeable and had great advice and opinions. Overall, the store was well stocked with display units, fabric examples, and even cute holiday decorations that made it feel homey and helped you visual the furniture in your house. We got a great price on our furniture and took advantage of the accident insurance protection as we have pets and kids. Once our order gets in we'll take advantage of the free delivery and removal and disposal of our existing couch (for only $10!). Websites are an amazing thing. Gives you store hours and inventory in stock. Went there to buy a chest of drawers on Sunday January 2nd driving 35 miles 1 way that the Website said was in stock and also said the store was open until 5. Not true. Went there at 3 in the afternoon and the store wasn't opened so it turned into a 70 mile waisted trip. Went back on Monday the 3rd and the store was open this time and asked for the particular chest of drawers that was on their website that I wanted and it was not in stock. I've been here twice getting furniture for my grandfather, both times they've been incredibly relaxed and respectful, they know what's good, and what's cheap, and don't judge whichever you choose!
