Typically never had a problem there but Saturday afternoon a couple months ago was pretty awful. But probably one of the worst service experiences I've had in a long time. Took over an hour to get our food, even after the busy crowd cleared out. We had to go to the bar for our waitress, not once, not twice but three times to ask for things. I once even said, "I know it was a little busy but we have been here over an hour, do you know how much longer our food might be?" Then magically it appeared right after. She has obviously forgotten to even check on our food. I don't think she checked on our party of five more than twice. I understand it can get busy, but this wasn't the issue. She actually sat down in the middle of the bar with a customer for over 20 minutes, within eyesight and completely ignored us. One of the kids with us walked over there to ask for boxes. The other waitress however was running around providing excellent service to her tables. We were there over two hours. Drinks were empty for 15 or more minutes. Food was decent enough, and thankfully we weren't in a hurry. I've worked in the food service industry and I was blown away how she just sat down as if she were a customer herself and didn't even CHECK on us, or how she thought that was acceptable. We received more service from a lady behind the bar than we did our own server. Perhaps our server was having an "off" day. It wasn't even that she was rude; just extremely unattentive and for lack of a better term, lazy. Thankfully we are a chill bunch; I can't imagine how many others would have reacted. Probably won't...
Read moreAlways love going to Bullseye's for supper or Sunday Brunch. I love their burgers and wings. My husband likes their steaks and philleys. Then of course there's the prime rib and sea food buffet which is to die for. So delicious and a great deal for all you can eat. Sunday brunch is the best breakfast is town. They have everything and their homemade pastries are a delicious little secret. Try the omletes on the buffet, yummy. Great bloody Mary's, especially with pickle vodka. Lots of cold beer on tap to choose from. The best part of it all is the service. The servers are top notch. Both Ashley's and Kayla are our favorites. But really, they are all great. We've never had a bad experience or bad meal. The owners, who's names are escaping me but I can see their faces in my mind, are so friendly and always say hello and catch up with us....
Read moreWent in early afternoon, ordered a bloody mary. Absolutely the worst concoction I've had! The waitress was nice. However; after we had arrived, been served our drinks, then all the regulars came in. She took their drink and food orders, put them in the computer, and then came back to ask for our order. The food tasted good, nice and hot. She also forgot to bring the bill, so checking out was awkward and weird, not knowing where to go or if they pick up your card from the table. But we got it figured out, and to our "out of town appointment" on time. Most likely will not be back, or tell...
