Runza Restaurant — Restaurant in Hastings

Went to Hastings, Ne west runza today and ordered a jr.burger. I waited about 20 minutes in line for two cars ahead of me and when I got the sandwich I opened it up, the bun was a junior bun but the meat was not even one bite full. It didn't even look like a size of a quarter. It was all Jagged like they had just turned off the back piece of meat it looks like they took a regular burger and tore it in fourths. It cost $1.85 plus tax and I turned right around and took it back and told them they could keep it. They charge $3.09 for one small bowl of chili now. Compared to approximately $1.50 everywhere else in town. Went to a different Hastings Runza not so long ago for temperature Tuesday or whatever they call it and the food was not even edible. It felt like it was left over and rewarmed...

We arrived at 830 and was told they are closing at 9. We said that's fine we won't be long. The oder to stay took about 7-10 minutes while the crew were yelling in the kitchen and then put our food in to go bags. We unloaded our food and sat to eat. We were just finishing when a boy came out to tell us he hates to kick us out but they're closing. I understand people want to leave at closing time but I've worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 20 years and this is not how you treat customers. I was in town for only 2 days and was taking my grandma out for a late dinner trying to enjoy a simple 20minutes while we ate. Please train your employees on how closing time may vary if you have customers. Especially since they were still cleaning while they were telling...

I grew up in Hastings, NE ... and now live +/- 100 miles away and when we get up to Nebraska, we like to pick up some Runza's ..

Usually I'd give a 5-star review, however, when going through the drive-thru, placed my order (6-Original and 5-Swiss Mushroom Runza's), put the bag in the back seat and when I arrived at home (+/- 100 miles away), found I was shorted 3 Runza's, there should have been 11 Runza's total and there were only 8.

Can't complain about the Runza's we did get, but to pay over $70 for Runza's to take home, get home and find out you've been shorted was infuriating, and it's not like I can just drive down the street to have the order corrected, we live about...
