Denali Woodworks — Local services in Hastings

When my 150 yr old white oak tree died last summer, I had the very fortunate experience of locating Jason at Denali Woodworks to help me through the process of locating someone to mill and kiln dry the wood and, ultimately, creating this masterpiece of a table. He is the consummate artisan and businessman combined, responding quickly to my calls and emails( even while on vacation out west with his family!!). Most enjoyably, though, he has a wonderful way of working with his clients to determine how they want their project created, even when they are somewhat indecisive as I was. The workmanship on my table is impeccable and the finish has held up well despite the best efforts of my one year old grandson to mar the finish. In addition, he was more than willing to create a sturdy frame for a cement family plaque, carefully routing the wood around the stones imbedded in the plaque.

To top off Denali Woodworks’ services- all the projects were delivered and carefully installed at the final placement site, with pictures provided to me while I was away on vacation.

Jason was super easy to get in contact and plan with, I was able to give him a CAD file I had made of the specific woodwork I need and they had no problem making it exactly as I had planned.
