Bergey's Electric — Local services in Hatfield Township

I'm giving a neutral rating because I havent used the services yet. But my first impressions are from going on their website. It's bad the categories make no sense. I'm trying to look at products but it's showing irrelevant material not the items I am looking to purchase really not user friendly. Then when I found a very small link behind multiple pages to the actual website for products it's a third party website not even Bergey's actual website. Their appliance website which also takes multiple transitions to get to basically has nothing helpful where every product just has "call for price" that's bad transparency as it requires me to bother the sales people to simply ask basic questions that could be on the website.

Rework your website. One of the links also don't work looks like the hosting website wasn't paid for so it redirects it to an empty blank page saying "Sorry the module containing VIToggleable has not been purchased.". I expected more from such a large established company to have a better website than this one that looks like a blog.

I plan on utilizing Bergey's as the post lamps they offer look like it would add curb appeal. The testimonials section on the website are good, home page is visually good, navigation bar needs a lot of work to flow better, footers...

Recently hired Bergey’s electric to put recessed lighting in our home. From first phone call to the electricians taking the time to say goodbye to our dog, I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. Anita was very clear, detailed and responsive in discussing our needs and offering advice. Project scheduling was done in a very timely manner. Colton and Nate showed up on time, they were professional, friendly and took the time to offer expertise and options for all my incessant questions. Several extra outlets were added not to mention two added rooms of recessed lights because the first room was so transformational. Even with my added projects they managed to work like beasts and get it all done. They cleaned up after themselves leaving things cleaner than what they found! We greatly appreciated the service we received from Bergey's Electric! We explained to them what we hoped to have accomplished... they listened well and responded with options on how they could best accomplish our goals, as well as offered more suitable options. They never pressured us to pursue more expensive services/upgrades, but simply presented us with options in response to our questions. They worked with our local municipality to be sure all codes were met and scheduled the inspector to come certify our new panel. Their technicians were friendly and very competent - they finished the work in a timely and orderly manner. (I'm sorry I don't remember the names of all the individuals with whom we worked so they could receive the credit they are due...) Being in the "construction field" ourselves and familiar with a variety of contractors, we feel they were reasonably priced and well worth what we paid.
