The Laundromat of Hatfield — Local services in Hatfield Borough

I have been using this facility for months now due to my washer at home breaking down. The overall cleanliness and customer service all depends on the attendant working. From what I myself had issues with was waiting for a dryer because the weekends are extremely crowded and half the dryers are broke or burn your clothes. So everyone wants to use the few that actually work as should .Then the attendant that is working is responsible for wash an fold service they offer . Which adds to the already busy laundrymat and waiting in line this laundrymat is using the same washer and dryers for the laundry service they provide. So this is a big inconvenience for those who want to come in like myself to do my own laundry. Without the chaos.I took notice to the owner who does his best to please his customers. But is failing on the big picture of the laundrymat.I sadly over heard a conversation last week with the owner and what seemed to be his wife or partner. Speaking poorly on one of the employees. Then what took me by surprise it was one of the two employees that in my opinion keeps the laundrymat clean , and exceeds in customer service from what I have seen. The owners conversation was loud enough with the employee I over heard it and was uncomfortable. I did take the time shortly after to ask her if she was ok. But after witnessing this and the ongoing issues with the chaos. I will not support this place any longer. Both women out of the attendants, Teresa & believe her name is Heather or Helen . I commend you both for your hard work tolerance to the atmosphere...

The first time I came there were no issues. I'm here now and there are more inoperable machines than there are operable, if you have customers their needs are not being met by having so many machines down. The line to use a dryer is so long I decided to take my clothes to another laundromat after washing since there are no dryers available! And it's not like the place is packed either there's maybe 7 to 10 people doing wash and there should not be this many machines down please fix your equipment! Other than that it's a clean facility and it has a restroom and the staff...

This place was My first visit to a laundromat ever and I’m definitely a returning customer. I went later in the evening so the place was pretty empty after 6-7. The attendant was super helpful, and the people there were so kind! I had a super nice stranger notice I was kind of lost and he showed me how to operate the machines and which machines were best to use, and he didn’t even work there. I also saw a few people leave while their laundry ran which made me feel safe with the customers that frequent the place. Overall great experience and I feel like the...
