Trolley Stop Delicatessen — Restaurant in Hatfield Borough

I am rating 2 stars only because I think their patty melts are good. The only thing that they don't seem to mess up. Other than that, I have had enough of this place. Their bacon is disgusting because they deep fry it, which makes it ridiculously hard. Their French Fries are usually soggy and they don't know how to fry chicken fingers. I got an order of chicken fingers and forced myself to eat 2 because I was really hungry but, they were fried way too dark.

As for customer service, it's usually poor. The woman with the blonde bob cut, who's usually at the register, never has a pleasant attitude. The older guy who sometimes does deliveries, steals his tip. If you give him a large bill, he takes a stack of money out of his pocket and pretends like he doesn't have enough change to give you back. This place is convenient for customers in the area because there's barely any food places around but, this place is not worth the headache...

The Trolley Stop is truly a hidden gem in the community, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered it. Despite not being a longtime resident, I was welcomed warmly and treated to an exceptional experience by their dedicated staff, who put care into every detail of our meal. I ordered four egg and cheese croissants with turkey sausage and thinly sliced turkey deli meat, and each bite was simply perfect. Love this place! I go here every day! Sometimes 2-3 times a day, family owned and operated business. All the staff are so friendly and always great you! Great selection of products. And the food there is more than amazing! It’s like getting a home cooked meal! Sooo many selections of food to order, they also deliver and use Grub Hub.
