TL;DR Crazy Keeper Room - Accessibility friendly for the most part though I would call ahead if you're unsure or have questions, friendly game master (Landon, look I remembered your name!), good puzzles/story, and fun mechanics. Would not recommend doing with young children, would recommend for someone familiar with escape rooms but you don't have to be advanced.
I typically leave my reviews in Trip Advisor but unfortunately this establishment either does not have one yet or I am too idiotic to find it. Anywho. Very fun escape game! My two sisters and I all had a very enjoyable time with it and did escape, though I'm not too sure with how much time left since they use an hourglass but it had a good bit of sand in it so I think we did well enough haha. Note that we also were the only three in there at the time.
I really enjoyed how the story was scattered about in the room/puzzles but still flowed together quite nicely. There were also no red-herrings or needlessly distracting décor. The room itself was very well decorated for the theme and the puzzles were really fun to solve. Just challenging enough to be boring but not so much that we were frustrated. We managed to make it out without using any clues, but we did debate on using them once or twice.
Note: The beginning of the room is a bit darker, though by no means pitch black, but call ahead if you have significant vision problems in low-light. That bit goes away quickly, but is still something to note. You are also given hints through a speaker system rather than a monitor which may be useful to note for those hard of hearing. The game master can also come in to give you clues as well, in case that helps in any way.
What kept this from being five stars is very much a personal bias, so please do not let the lack of that last star be a deterrent for you to book this room! When you go to their website then you will see, currently at least, that there are not set open/close hours. That may just mean that they open with their first BOOKED game and close with their last BOOKED game in the same way that BreakOut does. I wish there was something on the website or in the confirmation that tells you when you should arrive for your game. I'm not going to go into details as they're not important, just a minor correction that I personally think would be nice buuuuut it's still a great place. It's also not my business and the owner can do whatever they want, hahaha.
I also wish there had just been a like one or two more puzzles. Again, personal thing, but that also might be because I liked it so much and didn't want it to end.
Really, REALLY fun game, excellent game master, and I can't recommend...
Read moreWe were looking for something to do inside our last day of vacation as rain was in the forecast. Came across this escape room on a google search. It was easy to book and we did so the night before.
The room, itself, was great. My wife and I have done numerous escape rooms and we had our 13 and 6 year old as well and it was challenging yet not overly difficult. There are lots (10-12) puzzles to solve within the hour. They were well thought out and the 13 year old was able to help solve them. The 6 year old was able to “find” clues and enjoyed herself as well.

Read moreWe tried the Crazy Keeper room, and it was super fun! Up until we did one code out of order, and it broke the entire room. There was no clear indication of what order we had to do this in, and when we asked the gamemaster for help, he came in and acted like we had purposefully broken it and got mad at my mom. Then when we tried to explain what happened, he told us "Thanks for coming, you can leave. I'll try and figure it out." really passive aggressively. We weren't even offered a refund. Maybe build your rooms better, or leave an order of codes for us to follow. Seemed really poorly designed and made...
