Buc Stop — Local services in Haughton

Rude service, cold food, and food thats size and taste are down while prices are higher. First of all I love buc taters but since we moved to S Bossier, I only get one 2-3 times a month. Last week when my hubby stopped in they were out of buc taters. So I waited on my buc tater' and was so happy I finally got one , especially after the rudeness to my husband who said he'd drive to Shreveport to get one before he went back there the week before.( He works in haughtpn) The brisket normally the best was full of almost all fat. The 1/2 serving it around $5 extra meat and the potatoe which is usually huge was smaller than my hand. $20 for this was crazy and the rudeness on top of it. Bye bye...

Rudest customer service I seen from this place. When I was in high school the service awesome but I don’t know what happened to the service but it’s horrible. Every employee was in a mood while working. Where’s the guy joked around while cooking? When I was paying my for my items the cashier with the beard acted like did not see me. Also, threw my change in my hand and said here. My food was extremely cold. I call and placed my order within ten, I arrived no reason to why my food should cold. when i arrived to the store a older women looked outside the door as if me and my mom were doing something wrong. i was getting ready to go inside 3 minutes til close to get a drink and scratch off and they locked the doors and turned the lights off. and stood there staring at me and my mom but never acknowledged us. As a young kid came outside to leave I asked what time they closed since on your page it says 9:00pm. but yall close at 8:00pm, may want to fix that for the near future and problems to come along with it. very rude and...
