Major disappointment! I called for an estimate and made the arrangements (12-15 yards, dark medium-sized bark) with one of their employees. He stated they were booking jobs 2-3 weeks out and the scheduler would call me. After waiting three weeks for the phone call from the scheduler, I called back. They were confused about their internal breakdown but after three more phone calls, the job got scheduled for today, 8 am-12pm (an additional 3 week delay). I received a call this morning asking if i still wanted the bark and (of course) said, "yes!" My appointment was then moved to the afternoon. And when the bark finally started to be blown into place, it was the wrong product.

I called ABB and I was told they were completely out of dark, medium-sized bark and would not have any for weeks. They also stated they couldn't schedule anything without moving someone else's appointment and they didn't know when that would be.

The only thing I got from Alpine Bark Blowing was frustration and the mess left behind by their staff. (See photo)

We called Alpine Bark Blowing for an estimate and spoke to Ester. She was very nice and helpful. After she told us the price range we could expect, we made an appointment for the following month. The delivery crew showed up on time and did an outstanding job. They did everything exactly as we asked. As they worked, they cleaned up any bark which landed outside of the designated areas. When they were done, our yard was transformed and looked incredible. We now highly recommend Alpine Bark Blowing to everyone we know. The employees are professional and friendly, and the cost was exactly what we expected.
