Epic Storage NW — Local services in Hauser

I've had a large unit here for several years and the price is attractive. But that's where the attraction stops. The units are not in great shape and the fact that there is no Paving and no real maintenance of the dirt / rock parking/drive areas means that it is an ice field in the winter. My overhead door has never worked properly and the gate system has never been operable in the time that I've had my unit, at least during day hours. My unit was broken into about a year ago and the camera system was not sufficient to identify the people that broke in. So I've kept my unit but I don't have too much to say that's particularly positive about the business and the services...

Very rude and unprofessional they say one thing and do another. Prices are good but not worth the hassle, they've lost my payment and receipts twice now. I pay a week early because I do checks and almost every month I get a call saying my payment was late and I owe more cause they didn't send it...
