Heavenly Brews — Restaurant in Idaho

I have been a customer of Heavenly Brews for many many many years and have never had an issue until about the last 3-6 months. I kept giving it a chance because I know the stand has been under new ownership but with each time I go, the service gets worse. I have always ordered my coffee and a club soda on ice. I have been charged .50 for the club soda. I went last week and was charged $3.75 for a cup of club soda and when I brought it to the baristas attention, she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She told me she didn’t care that I only paid .50 the day before, I was charged full price for a cup of water with bubbles. I had been there the day before and had no issue ordering my club soda. I am disappointed because I know this issue has gone to ownership and it appears they now care more about money than customer service. I will no longer be supporting this stand which is a bummer because it’s right down the street...

I would HIGHLY recommend Sarah, with Heavenly Brows. She does an EXCELLENT job with passion and care to her clients. I requested microblading of my eyebrows, as I was turning 70 years old and having a big celebration of my lilfe, and needed to get rid of the scarceness and graying eyebrows. My results are AMAZING!! Sarah goes over and ablove in her craft, to please her client. She is patient, kind, thorough in consultation, to give to you assurance and confidence. Everything she uses is new for each client. I give a a five (5 star), becasue I am a person does everything with excellence in my ability and look for the same in others. Sarah truly is a master of her craft and her desire is to succeed in making you happy!!! I live in Winter Springs, and she is worth the trip to drive on the I-4 for her service....

May 10th I went to there to get two drinks for me and my brother. A rootbeer Italian soda and a Tatuine Sunrise. I've honestly never had any issues till now. Anyway my brothers drink was entirely fine (rb) but mine was the strangest energy drink every I asked for a Red bull which is carbonated; anyway- I get home (2min away) I take a drink of mine and it was flat, hardly any flavor and I didn't feel any more awake than when I got there. As well, the girls working seemed beyond distracted. I'm not sure what...
