I’ve been a truck driver in the U.S. for over 12 years, and this place was by far the most humiliating and disrespectful experience I’ve ever encountered. The radio communication system was a complete joke — unresponsive, rude, and downright hostile. Just saying “hi” gets you treated like you’ve insulted them personally. The staff act like you’re beneath them and go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome. They deliberately keep you waiting for no reason, with an arrogant attitude that screams, “you don’t matter.” This place is a disgrace to the industry. Great experience here, Sonia and Matt were great! Sonia’s attention to drivers hours of service is something that is not even considered at just about all shippers and receivers. Checked in early for a 10a appointment, they had open doors, so they were able to get right to me. Not like most other places, you arrive ON TIME, more than 4 doors open, and they take your phone number and say we’ll call when we have an open door.

Receiving open 06:00 am early check in and clean wash room and Parking only on the street. ..very tight yard for backyard Overall it was a good experience. Unloading is quick..no overnight parking in company property..street parking is possible at own risk. There is a target parking lot close by if you need to park overnight. They do allow early check in if dock is available. Rest room is clean. Once you park you truck on the drive way.. go to door 7 next to...
