I called and made an appointment for gel dip a few days prior to my walk in and got exactly that. I looked at color swatches and told the lady I liked a nude pink glitter. As she is doing my nails I told her 3 times I wanted her to choose a different size nail tip for a specific nail before she put dip on it and sealed the deal with that finger. She said "No friend, I will make it look real nice" every time I asked. Granted, I never got the new size tip. Towards the end other people came in without appointment to get their nails done so she started to rush. The lengths of the nails didn't match, She didn't get the color close to my cuticle so it looked like my nails had already grown out a week at least, they were too thick. that one finger with the wrong size tip stood out like an eye sore, and that cute nude pink glitter ended up being bright neon orange glitter (mind you I got this literally 2 days after Halloween screw me).

Anytime I go to a salon of any sort technicians and stylists ignore/dismiss what I say and at nails salons they are always rushing. I want blonde hair, I get brown. I want nude pink nail color, I get bright neon orange. I want new nail tip, I get no new nail...

I was charged full price $30 for a pedicure and I didn’t end up getting a full pedicure then proceeded to say well I didn’t charge you for the acrylic removal!! This women not only cut my toe nail so low to the point it’s sore.. I didn’t get them painted didn’t clean the sides of my nails either…. But what bothers me the most it isn’t my first time there but the owner new what was going on and he sat there even when I pleaded why am I being charged full price!! NEVER AGAIN WILSON NAILS!! NEVER GO HERE. This place ripped me off $80, then promised a refund. Upon trying to collect the money, they started an argument and said they weren't going to refund me. I just tried to get my nails done with my cousin's bridal party and they wouldn't let me leave without paying- except I had already paid. They made me pay them TWICE. Absolute bullsh*t. Not to mention, my nails came out awful and started chipping within hours. Horrible business. They also don't sanitize the nail tools in between...
