The Beck — Local services in Haverhill

I toured the Beck in March 2025 before the doors were even open and was very impressed with the layout the plans and the luxury living experience that "The Beck" offered (so many great views and plans for the future resident living). The keyless security system (using your phone) is a fun change that I have not had any trouble with.

TJ answered all of my questions throughout the application process and the Property Management staff saw me regularly as I had many questions. Thankfully, I was approved and ready to start my "Living the Beck" experience on Day 1. May 1st, I had been able to move in one of the lucky few and everyone that visits me (Friends/Family) have been wowed at the nice view and all the amenities they off.

I highly recommend the Beck Property Management team who are readily available to answer questions and have been very busy showing units off to new interested Tenants.

My personal experience is it has very quiet. I’ve seen tenants utilizing the huge patio to entertain friends and BBQ outside in the private dining area. Bradford is also a great area in my opinion to walk around. The Rail trail is easy to get to and glad that they improved on it next to the Merrimac River. I really enjoy waking up to watching the river flow by. Very peaceful. Each unit has a Washer/Dryer and a great amount of space for each size apartment, (I rent a 1b/1b).

I love having the train station nearby if I do want to jump on and head into Boston without having to worry about parking. Every time I step into the hallway, I feel like I'm living in a brand-new private hotel. Can't wait to take advantage of the pool (opening 9am-9pm). Love the gym as well. Even though it’s been open for 2 months it still have a new smell and feel. Also, I've met a few other tenants and its always been a pleasure, everyone is super friendly even the few families with kids/pets. Great to see a mix of people playing in the gameroom and bringing life to the areas.

For me I get the peace and privacy I wanted, and the area of MA I wanted to live in and the surrounding shops and restaurants to enjoy. I haven't had any problems to speak about. Last weekend was my first trip (of many to come) over to church street a small walk to the Local Farmers Market. It was great to see so many families enjoying the event that runs till the fall every Saturday.

We were immediately captivated by The Beck's distinctive architecture when we first drove by. As a couple searching for a resort-style apartment, we had visited many properties but hadn't found the perfect match until touring The Beck.
