On a beautiful day in March, I decided to pop into a few local shops in hopes of finding something special for my sister and nieces in Europe. The Winged Rabbit suggested I stop by Designs by Els for a selection of fanciful, imported pieces for children. The store is absolutely gorgeous. The array of clothes and accessories made me feel like I was walking into a cupcake tea party wonderland - lace, frills, beading, knit-work, bows, and special details grace nearly every item on display. I found some lovely girls' socks in cream with taffeta bows for my nieces' "special occasions" and enjoyed a delightful chat with the owner.
