Cottonwood Cinema 4 — Local services in Havre

When I read the first and only review on Cottonwood Cinemas, I was shocked! Since it was anonymous, my gut tells me that most of it was not true. I'm sure everyone has problems with the staff from time to time, especially because it is always changing at this particular movie theater, but no staff member would kick someone out of a movie that wasn't finished and tell them to go rent the movie so they could clean! That is ridiculous and I should hope if anything of the sort were to happen, you would inform management right away and have them fired, instead of badmouthing the establishment online. Cottonwood Cinema has always resolved any problem you have with your experience promptly and to the best of their ability. The seating is comfortable (although a little cramped in movie room 3 & 4 and at an awkward angle if you're too close up front, as they were added later). The movies are decently priced, especially the $5 matinees! The popcorn and soda is always fresh and delicious and not the cheapest, but cheap for movie theater prices! I have had no problems with the staff. At times a movie has went off color or wonky, but is fixed promptly...as those problems are bound to happen every now and then. I have had only one baby cry and the mother left the theater. If a movie is horrible or patrons are ruining the experience I have walked out and once was given a free movie pass with free small popcorn and soda as I wasn't the only one to do so. I think it's a great little small...

Really good prices for a cinema. Tickets did recently increase from $7 to 9$, but that's still affordable compared to the $15 you see in some theaters. Downside, they're very slow. Arrive at least 10 minutes before the film starts because there will be a group of children who all want different things and there's just one tired looking person to fulfill them all. Upsides, the theatres are very clean and comfortable. Particularly theaters 3 and 4, which have escalated seating. Much cleaner than your average sticky...

As it is the only theater in Havre, you can't really blame it's location for being so bad. The prices are high, the woman who runs it keeps the stupid kid shows (we kept the Kroods for a month and a half! And we got the Evil Dead two months late), the staff is better then the woman (helps when your friends with all of them), and the cleanness is acceptable. So, if you have a choice, don't come to this one. Take some time and go to Great Falls...
