Called to get details on stoves in the store & the manager hung up on me. I could tell from the beginning of the call he was probably having an off day, which I understand, but it also doesn't give you the right to try to ruin someone else's. As I was trying to explain to him what I needed, I definitely felt like an inconvenience to him. He said he wasn't comfortable giving me the names and prices of 3 different stoves (something we had just done with them weeks prior when we bought a fridge with no issues). I told him I would get it worked out & as I was saying this he hung up on me. Definitely left a bad taste...

If you want to be treated in a rude and condescending manner by the guy at the counter, then this is your place. I left, disgusted by his treatment, attitude and limited choice of product. Totally unprofessional to say the least. Ended up going to Eklands in Great Falls, where they have a nice selection and nicer salesmen. I have shopped here for years. Unique, quality items. I had a run-in that soured me to the store; it was rude enough that I thought I'd never enter the business again. I talked to the owners and I'm so glad that I did. Kindness heals a lot of hurt feelings.
