I bought a remote start from Custom12 for my husband for Christmas. I have no experience or knowledge of most things car related and Chris was super patient and took the time to help me figure out what the best option would be for my husband’s car; at no point did I ever feel pressured to purchase more than what was needed. He communicated any delays promptly and even tried to clean a glitter bomb that our daughter left in the car! I took my truck to a local dealership where the guy at the counter told me I would need a new screen for my truck. He told me it was going to be at minimum $500 for a new screen with install and everything needed to fix the problem.
