We tried Golden Glo yesterday for the first time. With 6 staff cars there it took a solid minute before anyone came up to the front to acknowledge us. The staff seemed friendly but my drink was excessively sweet and I asked if they could cut the sweetness. The girl stated I would have to pay for her to fix it. Iāve never been to a coffee stand where they asked me to pay to fix a drink. My experience has always been them asking me to try my drink to make sure it was perfect before I left. Them wanting customers to be happy with their purchase, but that obviously isnāt a priority @ Golden Glo. My daughter ordered a protein drink and she stated it didnāt taste like a protein drink just more like a smoothie. We didnāt say anything about her drink after the response we had received previously. Weāre not hard to please and have very rarely ever needed a drink fixed but come on thatās poor customer service. Spent $18 and I had to throw my drink away since it was undrinkable. Itās my understanding that this is a new coffee stand location. Well you just lost a few...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love their iced matcha and the gals are sweet. I would go out of my way to come to this location off of government and Lancaster, but I started noticing that I wasnāt getting very much drink (the drink would be gone before I knew it) and so every time I would come back I would ask for light ice and every time they would give me half a cup of ice. Today I decided to try again and I told the lady very very very very light ice and this is what I got. I can no longer waste my money. I pay almost 6 dollars for a 20 ounce Matcha with oat milk and vanilla. I decided to do a water test with an unopened bottle of water that is 16.9 Oz. Filled to the brim with the left over ice there is still a bit of water left in the bottle. So at BEST I maybe get 12 Oz of fluid. I donāt ever feel like this is a problem at other places so I donāt know if it is the type of ice or what but the girls do not listen to me when I say light ice and it feels intentional and like a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSince the 4th street location changed from Roosters and became Golden Glo the service has gone way downhill and the prices have gone up. All new people that either don't know what they're doing or they just move so slow. The morning shift should be focusing their service on speed in order that people can get their coffee and still make it to work on time. I spent TEN MINUTES WAITING this morning, and I was second in line. I saw three cars drive off after waiting in line. The person in front of me received their order, and the coffee girl and customer continued to chat WHILE THREE PEOPLE WAITED IN LINE. I would have driven away had I not called in a bagel to be toasted, and then it was barely warm when I received it. Unfortunately, I think I'll be getting my free drink and then finding...
