Well Greenlight Hayti itās been fun but we have to let you go⦠šāļø My husband and I have been customers here since May 2023. We have had issues before but nothing major. Honestly I thought they had improved a lot over the recent months. Then a couple of weeks ago we had an issue at the drive thru with the total not matching up and we were told 3 different amounts. At that point we just went in and took care of it in there. We spoke to the manager that day in the parking lot and told him what happened. He said if yāall come back next week Iāll put a little $ on your account for the issue. We thought that was nice but we have been back 3 times and he was there everytime and never did that. But hey no big deal, we donāt ask for things like that and donāt expect them so we let that go. Then today we placed an online order during their 40% off sale. Order went through at 8:01 am but when we got there to pick up the order several items were āsold outā. Ok thatās not surprising because it happens quite often and you wonāt know what you didnāt get until you get there. So we had to wait in line to pick up our order then find out we didnāt get the main things we wanted so we had to replace those items with something else. The bud tender seemed to be having a bad day and was a little flustered. At this point I donāt know what my total is anymore so when she tells me the amount I hand it over and we leave. My husband is driving so Iām looking at the receipt and I noticed I was charged twice for a product that I bought. We had to find a place to turn around so while we are doing that I call the dispensary to let them know what happened and that we are looking for a spot to turn around so we can come back. The man on the phone was very respectful and said sorry and come back we will take care of it. After we get back there we go in and I tell the lady who I am and she uses the walkie to ask for one of the managers to come to the front because we are now back. A few minutes goes by and no one comes out so we sit down. At this point I am getting irritated because we are on a time schedule. Sat there longer watching people go in and come out. The guard knows we are irritated and she uses the walkie again to request a managerā¦.. and still nothing. Then the door opens and I see him but then he turns around and walks back inside the dispensary area and didnāt even acknowledge us. By now my patience is gone. If I had taken extra product from them it would be a crime but they can double charge someone and everyone should remain calm. Well, I would have remained calm if we had been greeted by a manager when we arrived back and if that manager would have explained the process to us. This hasnāt happened to us before so neither one of us knew what was going on. Finally after we have been sitting there without any interaction except for him coming out to āget the bagā because thatās all he said we are getting more upset. Now we donāt have anything we already paid for and we donāt have any idea what is going on. He finally opens the door and says we need to calm down, which we werenāt not calm but we werenāt happy go lucky either, and that they have to watch the video. Ok, I have zero problem with that because I know I was OVERCHARGED but why has this taken so long? It wasnāt extremely busy. Believe me Iāve seen the place with a line out the door and it moved faster than management did to get us our money back. Funny thing is I was going to get something else instead of a refund but after being treated like that nah. The manager brings my bag back out to me unsealed and crumpled looking, hands me the refund and never issues an apology for the mistake or the time they made us wait. My husband and I both told the manager we would not be back and we meant it. Iāve spent lots and lots of money there and I refuse to keep spending my money somewhere that will disrespect me the first chance they get.

Not very knowledgeable about all the products because Iām new to this, but definitely knowing how to count money, I specifically asked for an item that was 25.00 (on sale) and 30.00 item which equals 55.00. What I got was a 30.00 item and a 40.00 item. Not what I asked for. I paid out 73.19. Now before leaving the store, and viewing my receipt as Iām walking out, I immediately returned to check in counter and said she didnāt give me what I asked for. This manager would not let me back into the actual part where you purchase, but instead, he had me wait in the check in area, he took the 40.00 item, the receipt and brought me back 6.00 in change and the 25.00 item I asked for originally and tried to tell me I actually paid less for the 40.00 item then I thought and tried to deceive me with witty banter. I smile , close my mouth and leave. Now my original receipt clearly states that my sub total is 70.00 and taxes brought total to 73.19. How on the earth does a 40.00 item exchanged for a 25.00 item bring back 6.00?? They tried to treat me like a dumb black girl and tipped themselves with my change. He deliberately lied and tried to fool me, but because I was alone and didnāt feel comfortable , I just left and decided to write this review instead. Green light, you should NOT have a person like this representing your company as a manager. If you are going to serve us ALL, we should all be treated fairly and with respect. I did not appreciate my experience. He thought he took my lack of knowledge about the products as an opportunity to deliberately deceive me . I have posted the receipts so you can SEE what he deliberately did. This treatment should be unacceptable to your company. I do not recommend this location, or this worker for an HONEST EXPERIENCE period! This location was extremely difficult to visit from a medical standpoint. Two people at the front didn't realize they had to update the patient card on file? They declined looking at my medical card when i offered it at first, then they had to go back and reenter info. Weird. I've never had someone decline looking at med cards.
The registers were full when I walked in the back, but as customers left, so did budtenders. I'm totally fine waiting for any service or establishment, but it was a perfect storm of awful here.
The rotating menu screen behind the counter was impossible to read, and there were no other menus to view. (Little signal in the building, so no online menu)
Being shuffled to the main floor to stand for 20 minutes with the door banging directly behind was unbearable. Could at least have people wait outside of the room so that they can be comfortable. Dealing with severe nerve pain, agoraphobia, and standing in one place for a prolonged period was overwhelming. Employees ignored the crowd getting larger, and the people at the front continued shuffling customers inside. During the full visit, I was the first in line. The guy behind me was vocaÄŗly angry about waiting. Listening to an out-of-state rec customer go on about their $20 tip to budtenders was cringe-inducing but amusing. The employee made sure to tell her the tips are split and she doubled down on the generosity statement. She was clearly excited to be shopping there, and it sounded like it deflated her a bit.
I left without buying anything after waiting during that time. :( I apologized to the security person and tried to explain the discomfort.
