So me and my pregnant girlfriend got a room for for 2 nights here. The first night I was sitting on the bed watching tv and I felt something bite me. I turn on my light and didn't see nothing. I thought it was a mosquito bite because of how it welped up my arm because Im allergic to those. I never saw one flying, so I didn't think nothing about it & I went to sleep. The next night I wake up out of my sleep to something biting our arms and legs I pulled back the covers and it's BEDBUGS😡😡😡😡😡!!!! And there were blood stains on the cover. When I went to the front desk the manager "Andrew" was being very rude saying he didn't believe me, so when I showed him the video he tells me it doesn't look like a bed bug to him. Andrew was not trying to assist me in the matter, he said he has to call someone to come out to look to see if there is in fact bed bugs because he didn't believe me. Andrew said he had nothing else to say to me and walked away. Then when I asked for the corporate number from a female employee named Lindsay, she gave me a card and said that it was the corporate number & I saw they weren't gonna assist me, so when I called the number once we left Lindsey answered the phone! 🤦🏽♂️ so she lied and didn't give me the right number and just gave me the hotels number. I am so disappointed in the way they Drury Inn handled the matter. This is unacceptable and I will be speaking to my lawyer...
Read moreWe were set in finally staying here after booking because of full refrigerator in suite. Got a call the next day that that room was being used by a trainer site Supervisor and was not available. We ended buying a cooler and dry ice because of the inconvenience and stayed at Drury Inn in Sikeston. Not happy as frequent Drury Inn customer different site seekers of America. Santa Fe Drury Inn might have to wait until all the site supervisors are trained here. Update...We finally stayed here. A well kept site and very friendly staff. Hayti is the heartland of America. Today, 08-10-2024 at approx. 2:30ish, as we pulled in and observed a well fit 20 year old mahogany American male. The male was wearing a Drury Inn t-shirt walking away off the premises. We observe him littering a clear plastic cup as we pulled in. The dinner meal was cold at serving and clearly would not pass health regulations, if any exist in Missouri. No exterior securities cameras are present and room notifications of such should be taken seriously! I love this location but lacks...
Read moreYou will not find a better place to stay in the bootheel than the Drury! Just wanted to update this recommendation because we've stayed here a few times since I posted that last one, and have never had anything but perfect rooms and excellent service every time! Still love staying here!
Always stay at Drury Inn & Suites if you're in the bootheel. Best place I've ever stayed. The evening happy hour and morning breakfast are the absolute best! The employees are all so kind and helpful, the rooms are impeccable, and the beds are as comfortable as any I've ever slept in. Love this place! New update: We stayed here this weekend and had the first negative experience in years. But the night shift front desk staff made everything right, and we will still not be staying anywhere else when we visit. Want to say a great big thank you to Buddy and the nice lady (whose name I unfortunately can not remember) for taking excellent care of us. You both rock, and I appreciate...
