Dollar Tree — Local services in Hayward

First of all, I love shopping at Dollar Tree. This store is conveniently located on a main road with plenty of parking spaces and had a good supply of products. The workers however were horrible. The 30 mins I was in there, all the workers did the was lean against the front counter gossiping about other people with CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. They really could care less who hears what. When I went to check out, I noticed the cashier dress so unprofessionally with super dirty clothes and coughing with absolutely a care in the world while still gossiping. Ridiculous! Sorry, but I just had sanitize my items in the car. You just have to wonder if those are the only workers they can find in that town. Thrashiest...

The manager is sweet and informative but the bigger cashier with orange hair and stomach flopping out of her work pants needs an attitude check or to leave her miserable life at home! We can see the the HATE in your eyes honey but you chose to work with the diverse public. Its not our fault you are miserable! And the next time you are rude to anyone in front of me I will be taking further action than just speaking up! You are a horrible representation of the company and other workers at that store! I went to the store to return some items, the cashier was new and not trained on returns so they had the manager come up. The so called manager was nothing but rude to me. Huffed and puffed when had to process the return, threw my money and my receipt at me, was rude when interacting. Will never shop here again if I have to deal with this kind of customer service.
