So today as I went into the salon to get my nails done as I was sitting there the people that work there are very rude not only rude I felt that they were racist with their derogatory remarks towards Arabic and white people. As the employee was talking to a customer she was also cussing out loud that kind of rub me the wrong way but I will say this the reason I'm writing this review is because I noticed when I got home they charged me a dollar more on my bank card my procedure today was a filling and it should have been $25 but instead I was charged 26 which is a dollar when I called back that Salon to tell them of their mistake they told me that they charge an additional dollar for any transactions done with a card. Mind you my card was already swiped this procedure is illegal after making this review I will be contacting the BBC and also making sure that this goes viral no one has the right to swipe your card and it charge you additional fee without telling you before they started my nails they told me $25 not 26 for an additional dollar for using my card are you kidding me I will not be back. Less than 2 weeks ago I came here for a manicure and shellac. Today I came in to get my shellac removed for nursing. When I told them what I wanted they told me to sit in the pedicure chair I told her again I didn’t need a pedicure I just want my shellac off. She did a whole process taking my shellac off and then proceeded to prep me for new shellac for the 3rd time I told them I didn’t want shellac I just need my color off. After she soaked my nails in cold water and filed them she attempted to do my cuticles THERE WAS NOTHING TO DO I JUST HAD A MANICURE NOT MENTIONED THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR I JUST WANTED MY SHELLAC OFF!!!!!!! When I was finished she charged me $22 when I questioned them another woman said it’s only $5 to take off shellac??????? But I was charged for a manicure $15 and $5 to take off shellac🤔 She said it was my fault because I should have stopped her🤬… They are overpriced with terrible customer service. There are two other nail spas in the plaza’s on each side and I’ve never experienced this at those establishments. I will never go back there and definitely would never recommend...

I’ve had the worst experience with these people I’ve been going here for a year almost 2 and I started off letting lily do my nails she’s too aggressive nails always become so ugly when they need a fill the nail just looks bold in general after time I found a beautiful nail artist there named geni she’s great at what she does she recently moved to Clinton township I didn’t wanna drive that far I thought maybe my other favorite John would be there the day I went to get my nails done no so I reverted back to lily worst mistake my finger is currently swelling as I write this it feels like my cuticle was ripped out I haven’t hit my hand on anything at all I started taking the nails of the way she glued them my nails are down to nubs now it’s sad you think you pay those high prices your nails would be safe and last it’s only been a week one nail popped off 3 days later 🤦🏾‍♀️ It’s really messed up I have plenty of other horror stories run away don’t go there!!!!
