Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Hazel Park

Ever since this Tim Hortons open I started going there over the 10-mile one because it was much closer to my home. A few months ago I would have given this place five stars and still would if only my lattes actually still tasted like lattes. They're missing key ingredients or something that was never missing before, a latte is supposed to have a kick to it and theres taste like straight creamer and milk. This morning I figured I'd give them a try again as its so close to home..but nope still taste like milk. After the whip cream melts and it gets down to the bottom it's white ..straight white it should be brownish color. UPDATE: I looked up the ingredients for which a latte is supposed to have and realized that it is actually missing the milk foam and the espresso shot, I did call up there and speak to somebody and let them know my issue, they did make me a new latte which tastes good and I'm satisfied with it. For now on I guess I got to let them know not to forget my milk foam or my expresso shot which is supposed to be in it anyways..but oh well. Im happy ❤ PS I miss Emmanuel! He went above and beyond and i miss seeing his face everyday!...

I believe it is this location's mission to ration the world's supply of cream cheese. They hardly put any cream cheese in their bagels... it always seems like they just put enough on of what would be equal to spreading butter on toast. You can always see the bagel underneath. I feel I am a light cream cheese person, compared to other people, but even this is unpleasant for me. Today, after coming here on and off for the last 5 years or so (I live close, so it's convenient if I don't have time to go anywhere else), I finally asked for extra cream cheese. Unsurprisingly, it still was not very much... the whole thing was very dry.

Employees are never usually UNpleasant, but they're never really all that nice. Update about 4 months after this review: Bagel still lacking cream cheese, burnt despite me asking for it to be untoasted (which is what always happens and why I ask for untoasted), and dry like it's from the day before. I have been going to Tim Hortons for a while now and every Tim Hortons I go to never ever gets my coffee right ever I started to give up on Tim Hortons until I start to coming to this one this Tim Hortons is very clean and the people are very nice the coffee is so so so so fresh so nice and hot because it’s very hard to find a hot coffee at Tim Hortons and they always get my coffee right no matter what time of day it is at this location I live all the way in Warren and I work very early in the morning so my coffee is the most important start of my day I will literally drive all the way from Warren to this location just for a coffee, that is how awesome my coffee is always at this location right when I was getting ready to give up on Tim Hortons I found you guys thank you so much for the great coffee you always serve! Also I want to add that I never do reviews so for me to do a review on my coffee you know that you guys are the best...
