Hazleton Shopping Center — Local services in Hazleton

This area has a few good stores but the Save ALot is closed and someone sweeping the parking lot looked visibly high, or wanted to make us feel unwanted.. a territorial feeling. I grew up in a city with all kinds of people and loved being able to eat Chinese one day or East Indian buffet the next. So i love different and variety..I ate at a Canadian buffet once..How different is that?! i just get bad vibes from negative people, i go away.. not because of differences because i dont like shopping where im tolerated.. Id rather be someplace like one time in California this awesome women showed me how to make real home made tortillias. So we didnt go to the dollar store. We used to shop here when in the area but alot of people buildings boarded up.. and i dont see many people out. I think its great i saw many cabs in good condition, as many place dont have taxis. Very unsafe. Somebody that owns property must have someone working in town hall or city that let's them avoid code enforcement issues and violations. Pedestrians can not safely leave or return to their cars safely without possibly falling due to vast number of pot holes and other hazards. There is insufficient lighting for night safety. They entire parking lot is dark and a major safety concern to safely watch your surroundings. Not a good spot for any event of shopping. Codes needs to be enforced and heavy fines levied until safety for all is achieved. So someone at city or Boro hall needs to stop covering up a potential major...

Went to the Firestone car maintenance place in the parking lot of this shopping center. I needed air checked in my tires. The woman in charge told me where to park and that it may take 5-7 minutes to get there. I needed them checked so I waited. The lady came over after the people ahead of me were checked out and she checked all 4 tires and told me 2 tires should be replaced. I got awesome service for a stop in w/o Appt. The lady in....
