Tsuki Hibachi Steakhouse — Restaurant in Hazleton

My husband and I love getting food here for takeout as the food is actually the yummiest in Hazleton. However, we noticed everytime we make a pick up the food is already leaking leaving puddles at the bottom of the bag. (We LOVE the sauce) but we BEG you guys to PLEASE UPDATE your packaging to something more secured! The styrofoam Packing is always leaving a mess getting sauce on everything else. Also, we constantly spend $50 for our orders and notice there’s always something incorrect when we get home. The receipts seem correct! But the food we receive always has atleast 1 thing incorrect. To pay that amount of money to get home after a long day of work and get what you didn’t ask for is heartbreaking when one is hungry, especially the times he had to drive back. I currently bought a $25 plate of Chicken and Steak with White rice and received FRIED RICE with Lo mein and Less Meat than they usually put but large amounts of lo mein and rice. Again, heartbreaking when you spend a lot of money and not get what you asked for. I LOVE THE FOOD! BUT PLEASE BETTER PACKAGING AND PLEASE ASK THE COOKS TO BE MORE AWARE OF ORDERS AND TO ALWAYS...

This new restaurant has great atmosphere, friendly staff, and amazing food. Just walking in, looking at the habachi chefs, you can tell everyone was having a good time. The waitress we had was very attentive and friendly. We were even offered a free appetizer from the sushi bar which was fantastic!

I ordered the Crispy Duck and my partner ordered the General Tso's Chicken. Though it was a small wait for the food to come out we did have a show, being able to watch other families enjoy the habachi chefs. But when the food finally came out it was worth the wait. The food was amazing! It was my first time having duck, so I thought it would be a coin flip. I picked heads and it landed on it! They weren't lying when they called it "crispy" duck.

Delicious full flavor scallop hibachi lunch included fried noodles which is reasonably riced but the scallops has some grit (sand) so next time I'd get veggie or shrimp hibachi instead. My husband said his crocodile sushi roll was really good. Just a heads up, they are not very flexible with edits in selections including beverage preferences. They could not make my preferred beverage or upgrade my hibachi meal to get Tom yum soup instead of the included miso or broth but I was happy to be able to purchase a quart of the ginger salad dressing to go. That why I forgot to ask for my included broth to go. It's a huge and accommodating restaurant and I wish it lots of success. We look forward to going back...
