O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Heavener

I've spent thousands in my life at this store and had no plan to change that. I do all the mechanic work for 2 families and many friends, Heavener Orielly's has a couple knowledgeable parts people and several that are friendly but lower on the knowledgeable side of auto parts. The last 4 of my 5 trips to heavener I have received the wrong parts, sent someone to pickup specific fluids that were set out for me and that to was wrong. But today I went to return a thermostat I purchased Monday that I assumed was just a wrong part again. After waiting to speak to manager, him and I discussed it and figured out the wrong part had been put into the correct part box somehow. I asked to just recieve the correct part that should of been in the box, manager goes to back and comes back starts typing and tells me yes that's what happened part somehow got put into that box and that he found the correct one and it will cost more money, I questioned this, when he asserted that it would still be more money I told him thats not good business, he threw the incorrect part back in box threw in bag and told me to leave and I could call the number on the door. As he walked around counter he laughed and said he was promoted to a newer store. Never offered me a refund or why he wanted to upcharge. Come on oriellys I'm a manager and this is not...

So we broke down in heavener, ok. We had this amazing stranger Robert help us to a hotel and was so kind to pay for it.
