My washer from Lowe’s died (after only a year and a half and $700)

I decided I wanted to splurge on a Speed Queen since they are reliable. I live in Searcy and nowhere had the model I wanted (except one store that wouldn’t sell me just the washer. They said we had to buy the set.) Of course my husband was out of town on a business trip when all this happened and I was stressing.

I called and talked to Scott and he was so nice and helpful! I probably called five times that day regarding my arrival time, measurements to make sure it fit in my car, etc and he was so nice and went above and beyond.

I LOVE my speed Queen and wish I had gotten one years ago when I cloth diapered. It’s so quick and does a wonderful job.

I’m itching to buy the dryer now 🙈 Scott went over the features of the washer and the dryer as well in case I want to get it down the road.

Maybe it was because I went in there right before they closed or maybe not, but they made me feel like I was a burden instead of helping me find the item I was looking for. What really pissed me off though was the fact that when I asked someone for help, I was told that I would have just as good of a chance finding what I needed as if he helped me find it, so then I was looking for it on my own when the guy literally walked over and slid another display case of pipe fitings right in front of the ones I was looking at because he was helping someone else do what he should have been doing for me, so hopefully I won't ever have to go in there again because I really don't like spending my hard earned money somewhere I don't...

This is the worst service I have ever had. It has taken over 31 hours to get some lumber delivered. They treat the employees like trash. No over time if you work on Saturdays then take a half day off on Fridays. We have hired a man that works for us now and makes enough money to have a little spending money in his pocket. I guess that the family never learns from mistakes with the mother buying her daughter into the beauty contest when it was called Miss Cleburne County and paid the judges off, and they crowned the wrong girl that had the same name she is screaming I paid you to crown my daughter.
