Happy to have joined the T-Mobile family! Robbie goes above and beyond to take care of customers as well as the whole Heber Springs T-Mobile team (James, Brian, Hannah to name a few)! Also spoke with Yovanni over the phone to get the ball rolling on our transition and he made everything for us so simple and easy and gave us some exceptional deals! They’re all very professional, well trained and know their stuff. Super clean and welcoming store as well right in the center of town! If you’re not with T-Mobile yet, I highly recommend! They are at the top of their game in their business industry. No complaints whatsoever and wish I had switched service...

In Heber Springs in a Camper for the winter. The T-Mobile home wifi was failing to power on intermittently. Brian Evans from the store swapped me a power supply, and asked me to try that. If it failed any more, to come back and he'd take care of it.
