Heber Springs Rollercade — Local services in Heber Springs

I came inside to deliver an order that was for this address, apparently they can’t accept deliveries because it’s a food establishment. Unfortunately, I was only delivering to the address I was given. I understand they can not accept deliveries but it’s how they conducted themselves to me. The 2 younger kids wasn’t sure so they informed their “boss” & you would assume a boss would know how to handle a situation put forth them. That was not the case, he came over stating you can’t deliver here, it’s a food establishment! I showed him the address given to me. He said uh that’s next door you can’t deliver food here with a hateful tone. Moral to the story is, you never know who you may in encounter ,especially in business. This was my first time ever walking into this place & I don’t believe I will go back solely on how they responded to a small hick up.

I really wanted to like this place, because I love to skate. Unfortunately the rink itself really needs some work. The paint was coming off the concrete floor and there were several raised spots. It really needs to be sanded and coated. The lady working was fairly kind. They don't allow outside skates if you don't have brakes, while this rule does make sense, my professional inlines don't even have a place for breaks. I love bringing my family here every Tuesday. It's $4 skating on Tuesdays and the grandkids bring their own skates. One is 5 and one is 3. The 5 year old skates the whole time and the 3 year old is off and on. When he's not skating he is entertained with the games they have there. They serve food and drinks. They do have these things(not sure what they're called) that you can rent to help assist in skating as posted in the photo above. We are returning customers. The...
