I stopped at Bob’s the other day to get gas and as I pulled out, I heard a noise and to my disbelief I had a completely flat tire so I pulled over to the side and I was in our vehicle that I don’t know where anything is or even where the spare was! I went over to Ace where I have known Dylan for a long time and asked him if he could help me with changing the tire and without any hesitation, he said absolutely! Wow. Just wow, is all I could say the customer service has really gone downhill! Between cashier's not knowing how to give back proper change, to putting hotdogs on breakfast sandwiches and marketing as sausage, then when you complain you get hung up on, it saddens me and disappoints me.
