Crave Candle Company — Local services in Helena

Absolutely terrible business. Discovered this particular brand at The Good Market and loved the fragrance. It was a $175 candle. Loved it so much the owner of good market referred us directly to the candle maker for more options for types of candles. Ordered from the source and it's been a JOKE. Candle took months before getting here....... and ton of emails, calls and follow ups to no one cause they don't answer phones or emails. Spent 275 for this candle only to receive it damaged from the lack of packaging. It seems as though this little business is either overwhelmed with orders or the more logical reason for poor customer service is the poor management. Still no response for resolution of the broken item. So theres three hundred down the drain. But worse is the fact that no one from there end is willing to respond. I am adding pics of the poor packaged item. A candle of this size deserved more than a box itself alone and a peice of bubble wrap for protection. Talk about being stung by helping small businesses.....it's back to Yankee candle going forward. Maybe the owners will see this, but I highly doubt it since they can't figure out how to respond to emails or follow up after listening to...

Customer Service is terrible and essentially nonexistent. I emailed and called for months inquiring on the status of my order which had been showing in transit and never delivered. I finally got one email after multiple attempts to contact the company with a note saying that there was an issue with the Postal Service and it had been resolved and I should get my order shortly. Three weeks later, I received my order completely damaged and unusable. Mind you that this was an almost $300 candle. I contacted customer service, actually got someone on the phone this time and they inform me they would call me back. I’m still waiting to hear back from them while I have a non-usable candle that I’ve already paid for. I’m very disappointed because I love a particular scent of candle that they sell, however, with the way, my order was handled or rather the lack of my order being handled, I will never order from this Crave...

I helped sell candles for a fundraiser at my school and they were so loved by everyone that I felt compelled to write a review. When I delivered the candles I was able to smell a few of the scents, and they were just as great as Bath and Body Works, except less expensive. Everyone who ordered one was very happy with their candle. One of my friends who smelled one (midnight blue citrus) asked where he could get one. It was crazy how many people really loved them. I ordered the walk in the woods candle and it kind of smells like cologne but also not, and it’s such a perfect scent that I can’t really describe. I’m surprised that I had never heard of Crave before the fundraiser. Overall, I highly recommend Crave to everyone. As a bonus, it’s a small local...
