I wish there were more than 5 stars that I can give to this business and how Mike conducts the business. After the completion of my deck, I have been all over the place from Home Depot to Lowes to multiple online stores for the railing. I was particularly interested in cable railing. Solutions were all over the place, so was the pricing, material required and the delivery timings etc. I came across Supreme Deck Store on Deckorators website as one of the vendors. I filled out the inquiry form probably at 2:00am and Mike called me around 9am in the morning. I had some very basic questions about the measurements and pole spacing etc due to my lack of experience. Mike not only answered them like a teacher who genuinely wants to help you understand the whole puzzle but also offered his solution which made much more sense than what I had been struggling with all along. And to top it all, I had the whole deck railing delivered at my driveway at 11am next morning. The problem that I had been struggling with for days was solved and delivered within 24 hours of getting in touch with this store. Mike, keep doing what you are doing buddy. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his product. He answered all of my questions, sent me pictures and even FaceTimed me to show me around his showroom. We were able to pay over the phone and the pricing was reasonable for composite deck material. Everything was delivered on time and neatly placed in my driveway. It was crated perfectly, no damage to any boards. He has a wide variety of product to choose from and provides the contractor with all samples and booklets to help make the decision easier. The only problem was I could not decide on a color but mike helped me through that as well! In the end, the deck turned out great and we have 3 boards leftover that mike is taking back and on top of that, he’s sending his driver to pick them up! That’s Customer Service for ya!
