Don’t go here with any packages that are pre-Paid with a different origination zip code on it . The manager will get very mad , sarcastic and disrespectful, she will tell you how they aren’t paid to ship packages that don’t originate from their town . It shouldn’t matter where the origination is if it’s pre-paid , your job is to ship packages . My zip code is different considering I live a couple blocks away . I’ve brought Pre-Paid , packaged and weighed ready to go box’s here that are already labeled . All they have to do is scan them and give me a receipt without an attitude problem . I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office.
