Villa Borghese II — Restaurant in Helmetta

Villa Borghese in Helmetta is not only one of the best pizza places b/c of they are a great establishment, the owner and his employees are just "quality" people. As a local, I've been going there for more years than I would like to count, but that means I can tell you I know the difference between good and great. Villa Borghese is actually fantastic. They are best around in my opinion.

Here is two quick examples: During the winter, I wanted to order delivery but I never called b/c I assumed they were closed. When I went in a week later I asked the owner if he had been open. You know what he said.. Not only were they open but he felt it was his "responsibility" to make sure his customers got their deliveries regardless of if we had a snowstorm or not. That's a good business owner for you! A few years ago I was offline for awhile due to a medical reason and hadn't been in to see Villa. My literal first time in, the owner says to me, "Where have you been? Are you ok?" without skipping a beat. That meant so much to me... how many businesses nowadays (regardless of if they are local or not) have that level of knowledge and respect towards their customers. That's why I keep returning to them!

Yeah, you can find places that seem "cheaper" or have a gimmick to lure you in... but they are not the real deal. Villa Borghese in Helmetta is. Take it from a local who knows.. this is the place to get your pizza in the Helmetta/Jamesburg/Monroe area, no other place comes even to close to what they can...

Small disclaimer before my review this review is based upon their pizza and pizza only not the rest of their food that they offer there.... my family and I couple weeks ago ordered a grandma margarita pizza from Villa Borghese We honestly have to say we did not enjoy the pizza at all I didn’t call them up and complain about it because we did eat it but it definitely would not order that particular pizza again we also did order the garlic bread and I have to say as simple as a thing that is to make it was absolutely amazing I would definitely order that again also I’ve had their Regular round pizza before at family parties and functions and I have to say the regular round pizzas with two toppings are absolutely amazing. My recommendation is definitely give them a try for yourself. Villa Borghese is very popular amongst a local community and even law-enforcement I always see them there for lunch time myself and my family will definitely be back again to get their regular round pizzas and even try their regular food and I will definitely update my review based upon our experience from i f you like my review definitely give me a like and I hope you enjoy their pizza as...

Since moving to Helmetta several years ago, Villa Borghese has been a restaurant we can always rely on when it comes to friendly service, quick delivery, and most importantly delicious, well prepared food with outstanding flavor. With that being said, after the past several visits my family and I have all agreed wholeheartedly that each pizza we’ve ordered has somehow gotten even better! When we treated ourselves to large Chicken Parm Specialty Pie last night, I couldn’t stop myself and had to post this review right away…the taste and execution of this pie was absolutely next level! I don’t know if the recipes, ingredients have changed/been updated, a new change in staff occurred recently, or it’s just our family’s imagination - Whatever it is, just keep up the fantastic work. Highly recommend this...
